Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach and integration of individualized services, we cater to our executive clients by placing them in an upscale, safe, therapeutic environment where they can manage their withdrawal symptoms and begin the journey of sobriety.

Executive clients can expect a small, intimate client community, with clients who share similar cultural and lifestyle experiences. Those everyday experiences, as well as expectations associated with living a life of comfort and a certain level of affluence, are all factored into the client’s treatment program.

Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Individual Care

Each Executive Client is assigned a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of experienced and highly credentialed staff, including:

A Medical Director, certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine, with a wealth of expertise and training who also specializes in treating chronic pain.
Certified psychiatrists and addiction counselors who specialize in the treatment of co-occurring mental health disorders, addiction disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) as well as trauma, marriage, and family counseling.
Health and wellness experts comprised of personal trainers and a certified nutritionist.

Based on the client’s goals, the team will conduct several evaluations, then collaboratively design an individual treatment plan based on the client’s goals, their substance use history, co-existing medical conditions, and other factors including any co-occurring disorders, process addictions, or other problems.

Medically Assissted Detoxification Treatment

Wavelengths Desert Recovery’s Medical Director will provide a medical assessment for each client entering the Executive Management Treatment Program. The assessment allows us to assess the health of the client and determine whether or not medically assisted detoxification treatment is appropriate. The medical evaluation will determine the need for anti-craving medications as well as other medications designed to aid in comfort and pain management. Significant medical issues will be addressed at this time.

Health & Wellness

Wavelengths Desert Recovery offers a wide variety of comprehensive programs addressing the mind-body connection including martial arts, yoga, boot camp, personal fitness training, and daily meditation walks. Weekly massages and medical massages for clients suffering from chronic pain are available as well when approved by the Medical Director. Also, nutritionist-approved meals that support a healthy lifestyle are provided daily, and custom meal planning is available to meet the client’s specific needs.

Unsupervised Furlough

When clinically appropriate and warranted to accommodate pressing business issues, Wavelengths Desert Recovery will work with an executive client who must return to home or work to conduct business or address legal affairs. Of utmost importance and our top priority is our client’s recovery; therefore, unsupervised furloughs are only provided on a case-by-case basis.

Continuity of Care

Evidence-based research shows that long-term recovery is best accomplished with structured support following treatment. Throughout the process, a client’s treatment team will work together to create an individualized continuing care plan. The plan often includes a personalized post-treatment roadmap to help clients and their families navigate the challenges of maintaining sobriety in early recovery.

Length of Stay

Executive clients have clear goals for treatment. For that reason, our Executive Management Treatment Program is customized to include varying lengths, with the understanding that our mission is to provide every client with the treatment they need to achieve and maintain their sobriety.

Confidentiality & Safety

Wavelengths Desert Recovery takes client confidentiality and safety very seriously. Wavelengths’ employees have highly restricted access to Executive Management Treatment Program files on a strict need-to-know basis. Additionally, Wavelengths Desert Recovery employs former law enforcement executives who can assess threats to client safety and provide additional resources to address those threats, when warranted.
